We'll look into our options, but as far as we know, you still can't enable payments here when your project is NSFW.
You can enable payments to my knowledge, but it stops the game from appearing in the search. A way I've been seeing devs get around this is by having the paid version linked on the demo's page, such as with Cruel Serenade (though it's a free prologue in this case).
