I'm no professional, but I have one piece of advice: create a wireframe (no textures, music, etc., just the finished gameplay) as quickly as possible. Ideally, have the main mechanics and gameplay ready in 2-3 days, but that's not necessary. Then just add visuals, content, etc. as needed.
If you know how to program, I can help you with the visuals (I mostly use pixel art) and music. But I don't know English very well and will be using a translator.
if you're going to work with people you don't know, manage the project. Don't just come up with an idea and expect your team to know what to do. I've done this before and to this day, not a single script for the game exists
I suggest first drawing up as many ideas as possible then pick the one that is unique to you it can be fun, silly or whatever. Just make sure you first make a small prototype with only simple shapes that are in your game engine already and playtest it
