You should download this game from other places like Game Jolt and Internet Archive to see if the game will work for you. If you're using a virtual machine the game might not work in it but if you're not using a virtual machine I'm not too sure why the game isn't working for you.

I tried other sites already and it just won't open because of access violation. I haven't started using a VM yet

Simply put, it will go past the access violation, but then claim an APPCRASH. I got directx 9, i got rid of nvidia, i closed discord, i used a VM, and none of this worked.

Also when I click on link.exe it automatically says "no" and nothing else.
