Has anyone actually found the Dumbbell? I searched over and over again but couldn't find it.

To get the dumbbell, you have to recruit Ethan in the room after finishing the 8th floor and before the 7th floor maze and do one of his suggestions for research to unlock outside exploration. When I used it, it had Zephyr take me outside to explore with him to obtain it (thankfully not actually exploring a room), so idk if having him is a requirement but that's how i got it.
