I actually agree with you. One of the biggest challenges during development was that the characters move on a grid, while the world itself is not grid-based. That created some alignment issues that took longer to solve than I expected.

Because of that, and with the limited time remaining, I decided to keep the levels a bit simpler so I could focus on making sure everything worked correctly and was enjoyable to play.

Now that I'm continuing development, improving the difficulty curve and creating more challenging levels is definitely one of my priorities.
