City builders are one of my favorite genres, so this was right up my alley! It already feels really polished, and I like how it blends city-building with roguelike-style progression when leveling up.

I’d love to see a bit more polish around the UI and tutorial, and maybe a pause feature? (Though if the intended experience is reacting under time pressure, then that totally makes sense.) I also think it would be helpful if facilities showed a small hover panel with information like status, power consumption, and other key stats.

Great work — I had a lot of fun with it! :D
