For the witch's crow, make sure you've spoken to both the night and day versions of the witch about protecting your mind and then it should show up when you sleep until morning.
Many of the events you listed are still WIPs. If it says "rest of the event is still work in progress" at the bottom, then that's all there is to them for right now, and you'll have to wait until more content for them gets added.
Logan is tricky. He has 4 hearts total now, but you need to get them in the right order to get them all. 1st is choosing to go after him instead of Bernard during the Full Mood event. 2nd is his "owe you a beer" heart, which can only be done after completing the housing part of the Bareshade Expansion and completing the Country Road Event. 3rd is the heart you get at the end of the Troubles in the Den event(I recommend you avoid progressing this event past the point of investigating the swamp until after getting the second heart). 4th is one you can only get after discovering Mag Darhal and then entering Bareshade, and there will be a scene where Logan and Bernard both want to talk to you and you have to pick one (You wont be locked out of anything after picking one, you can talk to the one you don't pick later and see what they want.)
You can meet the crocs after discovering and exploring the Desert until you run into a croc there. To discover the desert, you need to do Vadir's trip to Mag Darhal.
