The pixel art is clearly the standout here — multiple people noticed and appreciated it, and WilCb and Palm.Rakshit.Lakra both called out the graphics specifically which is a real compliment when you've made it yourself. The platforming mechanics feel solid too as Afogados mentioned. The two main things worth addressing post-jam would be adding sound effects — even simple jump and land sounds make a huge difference in feel — and making platforms and hazards visually distinct from the background so players can read the level more clearly. A game over transition instead of a sudden cut back to menu would also polish the experience nicely. Good job finishing and submitting!

Feel free to check out my sky platformer too if you get a moment!

Thanks for the comment :) I know there are a lot of things missing, like jumping sounds, and there are a lot of unfinished things, like platforms being invisible, making it hard to tell what the player is supposed to jump on. But I think I focused too much on the background and pixel art and didn't know what platform color to choose so the player could figure out what to jump on. If I were making a new game someday, I'd give it more thought. I appreciate your opinion :D
