I purchased the game a few years ago for the full price and now cannot download the updated Comp/Con data. Am I missing something
Same thing.
Even if this page doesn't say Download, you should still be able to download it from your Library page. (Make sure you hit View All in the library page if you don't see Lancer in the first page.)
