The art direction and jazz soundtrack are absolutely immaculate — the whole game has such a cool and distinct personality that immediately pulls you in. Using the environment to fight enemies is such a satisfying and clever design choice that makes every floor feel fresh. The enemy variety is a real highlight — each type forces you to change your strategy which keeps the gameplay constantly engaging. The bouncy transition animation when moving to the next floor is a lovely polished touch. Roguelike weapon upgrades are definitely the right call for a post-jam update — this already has a great foundation to build on! Feel free to check out my sky platformer too 😊
