Hey, I'm having a similar issue, but I've seen it be possible for other RENPY games (namely 14 days with you, my knowledge is curtesy of a friend of mine) that have had an in-game method of resetting game progress. I'm no coder, but would that be a method of fixing it? (I'd understand if its too much of an ask, so feel free to disregard this message)

You can try! If there are still problems, feel free to take screenshots and send them to my email.
In the latest version it's possible to re-enter the game from the eclipse chat screen, I don't think this will affect the normal play process!
