really nice art, but going for a simple art style might have given you time to make a better gameplay loop. the player movement didn't work on my end, it was really stuttery. good idea though, i hope you keep working on it after the jam ends

What mainly took up the most time was school and a half-incompetent team. Ya tell them to do something, they say "Alright", and then they don't do it.
We also had a change of plans mid-jam.

Additionally, we had 3D models for reference, so the art wasn't too bad.
