sometime phase 2 sprite blocks at the end when no stamina
Thanks for the feedback! Phase 2 blocks regardless of stamina, only progressing to the next phase once it goes below 0 (meaning Sans can be at 0 energy until the soul performs an attack).
well in ulb its a no effect so i was confuse
