Fun little indie game that feels like a train-themed sim/management hand-drawn version of Dorfromantik. I'd suggest applying some more balancing to the progression of the map/difficulty, so it stays fulfilling to build your railway network and see it grow while keeping the cosy atmosphere (at the moment, the player experience orbits a bit more towards "I need to manage this quickly so that my train doesn't crash due to a wrongly turned arrow, and I'm a bit stressed because I'll keep missing people reaching their destinations"). I think that focusing on the player experience over time would help a lot with making this even more cosy - Keep the good work!
