not a bad game but the textures keep going between good and bad so its hard for me to play while it does that
That's because your graphics card's memory is being overloaded.
Let's try running the game using DirectX 11, as this could help.
- Locate the game’s .exe file
- Right-click it and select Create shortcut
- Right-click the shortcut → Properties
- In the Target field, add a space at the end and then: -dx11
