Hi everyone!

I am a programmer mainly working with Unity (2D/3D) and C#. I also have a big interest in Artificial Intelligence. This will be my first game jam, and I am really excited to learn, collaborate, and build something cool!

I am looking to join or form a team with 2D/3D Artists, Sound Designers, or Writers.

Let’s team up, make a great game, and have fun! Please reply to this post if you are interested. Here is my Discord username if you want to connect directly: furqatjongamedev

Hey 👋

I honestly like your mindset and approach toward collaboration/learning 👀

The fact that you’re already working with:

  • Unity
  • both 2D/3D
  • C#
  • and experimenting with AI interests

is honestly a pretty strong starting point for a first game jam 🚀

Right now I’m building a small focused indie team for upcoming projects/game jams, and we already have a few members slowly joining for different roles.

I’m mainly trying to keep the team:

  • collaborative
  • active
  • realistic in scope
  • and focused on actually finishing/polishing projects instead of making something too huge 👀

Would definitely be interested in learning a bit more about your experience/workflow and what kind of gameplay/programming work you personally enjoy most 🚀

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I really appreciate your approach. Your focus on collaborative work and finishing polished, realistic projects perfectly aligns with my goals.

Right now, I am actively leveling up my skills in Unity 2D/3D and C#. Currently, I am building a 2D Platformer game and working deeply on implementation mechanics like Core Player Movement and Health/Trigger Systems (damage, obstacles, and collecting items). I really enjoy coding the core gameplay logic and turning visual ideas into working code.

I am fully ready to be active, collaborate, and bring my best to the team for the upcoming game jam!

Also 👀

Could you send me:

  • your preferred username/name
  • and your email?

Right now the team is slowly growing and we currently have around 3–4 members organizing things together 🚀

And honestly, if you’re interested in joining, it would be great to move a bit faster while the core team structure is still forming 👀

Also one important thing: have you already joined another game jam team/project, or are you mainly available for this one?

Once I have your email, it’ll be much easier for us to discuss workflow/planning properly there 🚀

Of course!

I prefer to be called "Markitos."

My email is jfgmarcos315@gmail.com

And where are you from?

I already sent you the email/message 👀

Please check your inbox whenever you get time so we can continue discussing the team/project properly there 🚀

“Hey! Thanks for the update, I am definitely seriously interested in joining the team.

My name is Furqat and my email is furqatjonbostonov1701@gmail.com.

To answer your question: No, I haven’t joined any other team or project yet. I am completely available for this game jam and focused on working with you guys!

Looking forward to your email so we can jump into the planning! 🚀

Hey Furqat 👋

Thank you for the update.

I’m glad to hear that you’re serious about joining the team and available for the upcoming game jam 🚀

Welcome to Void Forge!

For now we’re still organizing the team, discussing ideas, and identifying everyone’s strengths so we can assign roles effectively.

I’ll be sending more information and tasks soon as we move into the planning phase 👀

Looking forward to working with you and building something awesome together 🚀

Hey Furqat 👋

I’ve just sent you an email.

When you have a moment, please check your inbox so we can continue moving forward with the team planning and discussion 🚀

Looking forward to hearing from you soon 👀

Also 👀

If you’re seriously interested in joining the team/project, feel free to send your email so we can continue discussing things there more comfortably 🚀

Right now the core team is almost finalized, so if you’d like to join, it would honestly be good to move a bit faster while we’re still organizing the remaining members 👀

you said, you are interested in Artificial Intelligence(AI)? I am interested too. If the host doesn't ban AI, I would I like to collaborate with you and maybe use a bit of AI in debugging(very likely), and some assets(highly unlikely).

“Hey! Great to hear from you. Yes, I am very interested in AI, and using it for debugging and speed up the development is a smart idea. As long as the jam rules allow it, I am totally down to collaborate!

naa, usually jams ban AI. I never used AI for coding until about a few months ago. It is quite hard to use though! But it is so efficient!
