Fighting monsters while climbing to get back home is such a satisfying and engaging concept — the double jump mechanic adds a really nice layer of skill to the platforming. What's most impressive is how polished and bug-free the whole experience feels, which is genuinely rare for a jam game. The variety of mechanics already in place gives it a lot of depth. The smart call to skip music rather than rush in something bad at the last minute shows real game design maturity.
