That sounds like the game files may have been mixed with an older version.
Please try extracting the Chapter 10 version into a completely new folder, instead of overwriting the previous installation.
Thanks I was going to say I'll try that and see if it works. It's weirdly worked every other time and all I did was delete the previous launcher files. Worked perfectly.
