Puzzle Spoilers below ---------

The door location is near the top of the cliff, but it's hidden behind a lot of dirt. You can... clean it away! Or move, kick, or a few other verbs to reveal the door, I believe.

You can currently use the flag, but it's not too important for now. You will likely know what to do with the flag by progressing further!

Also, yes, the monolith is solved upon seeing the fire. This will also make sense upon progressing a little further.

Thank you! I've figured out what to do with the flag and can see the door now, but I'm really not sure what to do next. I've tried looking around the entire island but nothing's coming up.

I saw the text on the door that says "the moon is watching me" and I know where looking at the moon displays the message "the moon is watching you" but looking around there nothing seems different? Am I in the wrong place or missing something?

Edit: oh hang on something different has happened, jeez I feel crazy! I think I wasn't repeating the exact same verb for the way to progress and that's why it wasn't doing anything new.
