This is not a game I would play. But having played it, I feel like it needs music of some kind! Music would have went a far way to help enhance this. And I was surprised for how much care into other details there were, there was no music. I was able to solve all the easy puzzles without needing to read them. I have to be honest, I was not too interested to read them because it is just not my style. I felt like in middle school where you solve those word problems (oh hell no)!!  XD

Having said that, when I did read the stories. I found it very endearing in a weird way, that all the characters throughout the project seemed intricately thought out and all connected regardless of the game difficulty/puzzles. A lot of thought went into designing the entire family of characters who are all seem to be related in one way or another and I appreciate that thoughtful amount of detail. Because at first, I thought each puzzle was going to be just randomly generated characters but discovered this was all purposely and intentionally designed. Even though I didn't feel compelled to read, I still ended up doing so because this project just has that magic with the art overall look, feel, and dialogue (story). I literally went back to the easy puzzles to actually read, just to actually get a better understanding and appreciate how all the characters were connected. I almost felt like I was transported into the lives of these characters as a ghostly observer.

I really like the art style and it reminded me of some of the cartoons I used to watch when I was a kid growing up... like "Little Bear" on Nick Jr.  lol!!! I was like omgoshhh, it's like those old cute cartooooons! So that had some personal magic for me, and the art style kept me engaged as well (even though it was Ai influenced). I really enjoyed the UI elements and the menu navigation and settings available that I am sure many people could appreciate. The developers of this project showed a lot of thoughtfulness and care by taking into consideration different accessibility options for a broader audience. The UI interactions have a nice amount of feedback and the subtleness while interacting with all those elements slightly make for not having music.

This was a nice little project. Not extremely engaging... but just so magickal in its own special way, that it feels compelling for me to engage with.

You can do a lot with your matching mechanics system. Re-skinning it as well implementing into other projects later as its own separate system. Nice drag and drop integration possibilities in order to create cause and effect logic.

Thank you so much for a very detailed feedback <3 I thought that music can betoo overwhelming or hard to match with thisproject, so I decided to not put any - to not distract player from other details of the game :) I spent some good time to make the family tree and connections between the characters. And yes - I used AI to make that beautiful graphics bacsue my drawing skills are zero to none XD And code as well - although after my last participation in other jam I decided to take bigger part in making the project from the coding side, so adjustments or small parts of code were implemented by me (I'm still learning how to code) manually. I've tried my best with the game :) Thank you for appreciate it <3

yes, there are people that prefer no sound when solving the puzzles I have come to find, which I can understand that perspective. I personally will be adding that as an optional effect for my designs going forward. I do not judge you for the AI assistance. My code was created with the help of using AI. But I am fortunate enough to understand enough coding concepts and logic to really work my prompts. There are just some coding concepts and their implementations that just make me scratch my head for some reason when I try to connect all the dots on my own~ primarily events and coroutines, even following tutorials and experimenting on my own  ::skull emoji:: Good luck on learning to code manually with your own wits and skill, power to you!!

Thank you:) I’ll try my best to learn it:)
