The entry task is a small task which showcases your workflows and skills. For example, for a 3D modeller role a simple model is created and the process documented. The outcome will not be used by us, we will just checking the experience of the person who applied. There is 1 week given for it to be complete - simulating our workflow.
The vibe test is a roughly 30-60 minutes video call with the core members, where we can get to know you a bit better while it's atmosphere is not super serious. We present how we work and what tools we are using, and you can tell us more about yourself as a person. This way we can see if our crazy matches yours, basically testing how compatible we might be to work together.
