Os pagamentos são processados pelo itch.io, então eu não consigo corrigir problemas com cartão ou com a página de pagamento diretamente do meu lado.
Outra opção é o Patreon: você pode apoiar no tier correto lá e depois usar o link de download do jogo nos posts do Patreon.

Payments are handled by itch.io, so I can’t fix card/payment page issues directly from my side.
Another option is Patreon: you can pledge to the correct tier there, then use the game download link from the Patreon posts.
