i know he is a tengu and shiori is a kitsune but may i ask what yamato and the mc are ?
(idk too much about yokais so i did try to look up thee name onigashima in case thats what the mc is but all im getting is oe piece lol ! sorry if this was a dumb question )

Hikaru is definitely Tengu-inspired and Shiori more Kitsune. MC is a dragon and Yamato is a deer (deers are sacred in Nara, Japan, for example often being seen as divine messengers. There is no Yokai tied to him and more of a deity/godly connection during his concept phase).
