I have all the outfits unlocked except for the tube top outfit. I think this is the biggest problem most people are having. How do you correct this? My stats are all maxed out for this current version, and nothing will unlock the tube top. I think the outfits should have automatically unlocked once you maxed out stats. Something to consider.
EDIT: I figured it out. I didn't even know you could talk to the guy at the bus stop. He gives clues to how you can get things in the game it seems. Talk to the drunken couple outside of the karaoke bar when you have 7 or higher energy and they give you the outfit.
