You can usually spot them by inconsistency. eg this from the last jam I was in:
If a human had devoted the time it would take to draw this gorgeous cover pic, they would also have taken the ten seconds or so to ensure it’s properly cropped.
AI games, you see all kinds of baffling misses like that.
