Thank you! Yeah it was to have no story, then I read someone's post saying they would give some pity stars as long as an attempt at a story was made, and I thought, why not.
This is indeed just TSP's Held Karp implementation! I was familiar with it from my undergrad capstone, found the theme and thought, why not?
