this game is a real gut puncher its beautifully made even though this game was made for me anyone can still understand from the start to end that this is a journey of a dog, freddy. being brought somewhere by a car to a bed room where she is clearly loved by everyone then the next scene where you can click on her and pet her in many ways seeing many of her personality quirks. the moment the music turns off you hear her slow breathing of sleeping really preparing you for whats gonna happen next being able to pet her from her head to neck is beautiful. the final send off referencing spiritfarer was perfect especial after being referenced twice with the house she used to live in and being able to hug her and the detail in all the drawings feels so accurate anyone who lived this life would be able to notice all the small nods to the way its lived. this is probably the hardest game ive ever had to play not because its mechanically challenging but because of how much it hurts the feels
