Is your game everything I've ever wished for? No, not really, but it does stand out for being taking place in a setting that is unlike any I've seen in an AVN before, and also for being of superior quality. (Plus, the title is awesome, truly an award winning title!) You're doing some fine work and when you have more than an few hours of game, I'll write a glowing review.
But engaging with Haters is unlikely to get them to open their minds and it might inspire them to leave multiple negative reviews using multiple fake identities which will make it harder for your work to show up when people are looking for a cool new porn game, and that's not good for you or for the genre.
Just let it go, laugh at them and continue working on the next release.
