It's based on another SCP, but it only does liquids (coffee, blood, etc.) If I understand it right, you just need to put in a certain amount of yen- 5 or 10 value coins, I think, then type in what you want.
In short, it's an imbalance machine that allows you to have an infinite amount of any liquid, from blood to apples, somewhere in the middle of the game.
