The Abyss system is still pretty rough in the current demo. I originally wanted it to become something much bigger later, maybe even large-scale battles like 1v50, but for now the early floors definitely need clearer purpose and better balance.
I agree that Abyss progress should feed back into Cat Coins somehow. I’m considering adding a chest/reward system after battles, with random rewards like Cat Coins, carrots, other resources, or maybe even special buffs/relics. I still need to think carefully about how to add it without making the system too messy.
But maybe it will take some time, I've been a bit too tired lately.OwO
