I like the concept but it just feels like no matter how far away the creature is, one step and he instantly knows where you are. it just feels like sneaking is useless. what could also help is like a noise meter because again, even sneaking seems to be too loud for the creature. also for the time I've played it just feels like the creature only hangs around in the main dining room area. it feels like he never leaves and I have to wait ages before I can even take a step. And also I get the game is meant to be dark but as someone trying to record your game and make a youtube video out of it, both myself and the audience wont see much happening in the game as again its just too dark. You've made a really cool game but theres just a couple things that I believe need a bit of polishing.

I appreciate the feedback! There is a pair of slippers that you can grab during the ritual setup that make your footsteps silent, but it is 100% possible (just a lot slower) to beat it without them. He reacts to any noise you make including normal footsteps (while not sneaking), turning on lights or the TV, and lighting candles, so it can feel like he's always on your tail but his vision is deceptively short. I'm not sure why he would be stuck in one room unless there was another bug we may have missed :'(
The darkness being hard to record was something I hadn't considered but it is something I'll consider on future projects, thanks for playing!
