I am sorry its a bug and I will certainly fix that very soon.for now, If you touch the edge of the baloons they scale and if you touch the middle it moves.
I completely understand! It is a fast event and thus bugs can diffidently happen. ^^ I just wanted to check that I wasn't doing it wrong. ^^
