Not true. I got desire level 2 and unfortunately i am a f2p player bcs i broke, but i did get desire level 2 by grinding desire points in the chariot .
Thank for the clarification. I have only played the free version before desire 1 was a thing so am not entirely sure what is cut from the free version.
That is fine. Glad we cleared that out! Also could you please tell me how to access the new ability in stratum 3? I'm stuck there for a month now, and i cant seem to even find it. my map says 98 % and a second save point exists on warp menu so i know its somewhere there but i cant find it.
