its not a bug its because its off so if you disable it it stops working entirely the toggle pretty much completely disables the whole thing its either all in or not at all

But they aren't disabled. As soon as I started playing, I immediately enabled Scat and Urine Fetish in the settings. Lona is constantly shitting herself and peeing herself. Also, the excrement collection feature isn't working. I can pick it up from the street, but when I use it as a skill, it doesn't work.
