I don't know if this might be an issue on my end or not, but for some reason I'm looking at the downloads for the game, and it's showing the last update for them to have been from a bit under a year ago.
again, I'm unsure of if this is just an issue on my end or itch.io being buggy or something.
Thanks for the heads' up! I've seen this with a couple previous chapter updates and I think it has something to do with all of Itch's servers not updating at the same time. I'm 90% sure this will correct itself if you check back on it later/tomorrow but I'll go through some of my old comments and see if there's anything I can do to speed that up. :)

also figured you would want to know that I checked it again, and it's still showing the same thing with the dates of the last upload being from September and August of last year. do you think it's safe to just download since other people seemed to have gotten the updated game?
Sorry, I didn't see the reply on this! The downloads appear to be kosher across the board- I haven't had other hiccups or troubles with them from others at this stage. The dates are REALLY off and don't match up with what I'm seeing both logged in as a publisher and logged off /looking at the public page. I'm going to submit a ticket to itch since I don't appear to have direct control over the display here. If I get anything salient back, I'll let you know!
