Yeah sorry about that. That is a bug that I only discovered after release and it has since been fixed. You have to complete other quests to 'unlock' the gym and Camille fully, specifically the quest 'Hit the Weights' which is unlocked after completing the work related quests('The New Lab Assistant', 'The New Part Timer', and 'Rent is Due'). Again, this is a known bug resulting from an oversight on my part and has been fixed for the next release.
