I spent some time balancing the game and made a new build and uploaded it. It's still challenging but possible to beat now. Not sure about the lag, haven't experienced that myself.
Tried it and did not lag at all :) I think it was not the game as I suspected. Got maybe half way through, so need to try again to get further 😄
