Sure, when you download the files, extract them. You should get a folder called "SomeNewWorkGeneratorPackExUpdate1 Update" with an identical folder inside.

Copy the files from the identical folder into your RPG Maker MZ generator folder.
Where this folder is depends on where your installation of RPG Maker Mz is.

For me, it's "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RPG Maker MZ\generator" but it may be different for you.

Also, for me on Windows, it normally just merges folders with the same names, so you can easily just move the downloaded files where they need to be.
