There is no real guide right now since its still very early in development. Most content is focused around Fayhall. You can also knock on doors or walk around for random events. Next update will introduce a new tavern side job in Fayhall & Estern~
Ty! Could also put a popup when you've finished with like Fayhall where the only content from now on is random encounters or something. But great game so far I love it
