To unlock the wolf girl (Seer), you need to play through Edda's story (the red-haired warrior).
As for the scrolls, as a general rule, they are hidden in the same location that the character is during the same time of day she is there. You just have to click around the area to find them! Keep in mind that there are two exceptions to this rule, though. Good luck searching!
