For example:
- What would you mainly handle/contribute for the project?
- What are your strongest skills right now?
- How active are you usually during jams?
- And what kind of workflow do you prefer?
Right now the team is still small and focused because I’m trying to build a serious long-term group with strong collaboration instead of a huge random team.
One important thing for me is commitment and focus, so ideally I’d prefer members who are mainly focused on one team/project during the jam instead of joining multiple teams at once.
