Say I want to include a face picture as an on screen image for a famous person. Being a game jam and not a project for commercial stuff at all, can I use a portrait of someone on screen? For instance, lets say I want Tom Hanks on screen with speech bubbles? (No, thats not who I'm going with, just an example) Just a static picture of them, shoulders up, for on screen visual with the speech?

i think if you make sure the license allows for it its fine. wikipedia is known for having atrocious pictures of celebreties because of license limitations, but at least that implies there are some out there
