I just updated the mod to add a "None" option for the palettes and allow all 3 palettes to False in the XML. Grab 1.0.0.4 and it should do what your asking now. Note: It will only affect newly generated offers. If you have -cheats enabled, you can modify the settings and run the console command "rum_refresh" to regenerate all offers.
