Aside from the ethical dilemma of using AI models that have potentially been trained on illegally obtained data, which is a thorny issue not easily resolved, I personally have no objection to developers using AI to essentially interoplate between key frames. There is still human direction and artistic input into the process.

I have the exact same ethical concerns. And a year ago, I would never have imagined using AI, because of this. But the advantages of the tool are so dramatically huge that I feel like I can't afford that kind of position anymore.

I'm a developer and I face the same in my line of work. You're just handicapping yourself if you don't use something like Claude Code (judiciously).

Yeah, I've been told the same from former partners from my previous professionnal life.
