Where do you find HMs, and how to get passed Officer Jenny?
I stayed in Kanto, and have beaten all the gym leaders, but haven't found any HMs to enter caves, surf, cut, etc. also can't go to the Elite 4 because Jenny won't let me through. I was wanting to clear the region before moving on, but haven't been able to progress further
