Nice work!  "From the Trees" brings to mind Lady Amber from Mossflower (if you haven't read it and enjoy the theme of Root, would definitely recommend).  This seems like a tricky lot to maneuver against, but someone's got to take out that Stash!

I was a little confused when the board said that you craft using the Stash.  Does that mean you only have one crafting resource?  Is there a way to craft bigger cards?

Also, are traps placed face up or face down?  The board doesn't say, so I assume it's face up, but I think it would make sense if a faction had no idea what trap they might be heading into.

Thanks so much! And you're right about the stash, when it's around the squirrels can craft any one cost cards but nothing bigger. Thematically due to their disorganisation but it's also decently balanced crafting. In all three decks they can craft more than half of the craftable cards iirc. They do pretty well in S&D though. Traps are just faceup, we did consider making them facedown but in testing, faceup worked fine and we didn't have time to see how having them be unknown would work. We also didn't want them to be too close to corvids.

Yeah, the Corvid comparison makes sense.  Good luck with your future playtests!

Thanks :D, hopefully we can get the squirrels to the table a few more times with our in person group. The people who played them so far liked them which was good haha
