Is it possible that I can get more pregnant?
It would be interesting if when her due date came there was an ending in which for some reason she couldn't give birth and instead she became bigger and hungrier (while this happens she little by little wonders why her babies haven't been born), to the point that she starts eating anything because of her cravings. (while she doesn't know that she will actually have more babies)
