Howdy!
Ritual Deck is indeed based on PbtA and is Carved from Brindlewood. While the setting of the game is reminiscent of Yu-Gi-Oh and the game is based around card playing, players themselves are not using actual cards. Card duels in the game are handled through narrative description and die rolls. For an example in play, you can see an Actual Play here:
