by "high speed platformer" I mean something like sonic, because it is really fun to just run round but the precision platforming of the beginning is very difficult with keyboard, and kind of annoying. The game is fun though.

Thanks. I agree. One of the skills I wasn’t expecting to learn while making this (and doubly didn’t expect to be so deficient in) was level design.
