Add-ons tuned to the game's difficulty include sex animations and a bunch of zombies with white liquid instead of blood. I created instructions in the archive a long time ago on what to do to enable all add-ons with one click.
Gotcha
The pirated and Steam versions both work fine.
I limited the number of corpses to prevent the game from crashing.
